UFC Fight Night Recent title challenger and No.2-ranked Derrick Lewis looks to re-insert himself into the championship conversation by landing another signature KO against a former UFC heavyweight champion and fellow knockout artist No.7-ranked Junior Dos Santos. UFC FIGHT NIGHT ON ESPN+®: LEWIS vs. DOS SANTOS will stream live from INTRUST Bank Arena exclusively on ESPN+ at 7 p.m. on Saturday, March 9, with the ESPN+ prelims kicking off the evening at 4 p.m. Doors will open at 3 p.m.

Two of the UFC’s hardest hitters collide this coming Saturday (Sunday in Manila), as former Heavyweight Champion Junior “Cigano” Santos takes on the Derrick “The Black Beast” Lewis in the headliner of UFC Fight Night 146.
After alternating wins and losses in his last seven bouts, Dos Santos has finally notched back-to-back wins, dispatching Blagoy Ivanov and Tai Tuivasa in his last two fights.

Lewis, meanwhile, saw his three-fight streak come to an end at the hands of UFC Heavyweight titleholder Daniel Cormier in their championship bout last November.

UFC Fight Night: Lewis vs. dos Santos will be held on March 9, 2019 at the Intrust Bank Arena in Wichita, Kansas. The Preliminary card (to be shown on ESPN+) starts at 6:30 p.m ET (7:30 am in Manila), while the main card commences at 10 p.m. ET (11:00 am in Manila).
